SILOAM SPRINGS, AR (October 17, 2023) – Today, Simmons Foods announced it will provide a $10,000 donation to support the McDonald County School District food pantry. Additionally, Simmons will donate 1,700 pounds of chicken to the food bank.
Schools across the McDonald County School District have established a network of food pantries, ensuring that students can readily access nutritious meals whenever the need arises. Additionally, several of the schools go the extra mile by preparing weekend meal packages, ensuring that students' nutritional needs are met even outside of school hours.
