From the safety of our products to the well-being of the people involved in making them, we hold ourselves to a high standard. Simmons believes human rights are part of our corporate responsibility and that everyone should be treated with dignity and respect. We work to source products locally and domestically whenever possible and rely primarily on North American suppliers for all of the ingredients we use to make our products.

Simmons does not currently maintain a formalized system of verification, auditing, certifying or structuring accountability with regard to slavery and human trafficking laws in our supply chain. In addition to training for employees who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, we are actively researching the opportunity to create a program addressing these issues.
