The Simmons Hiring Center in Siloam Springs, Arkansas, has welcomed over 1,000 applicants and hired 600+ new Simmons team members since opening in November 2018.
The Hiring Center, centrally-located along Highway 412, is a convenient one-stop-shop that makes it possible for job seekers in Northwest Arkansas to be hired the same day they apply.
“You could drop someone off at the Hiring center, go do your grocery shopping at Walmart and by the time you got back, they could be walking out with a job.”
Michael Owens, Sr. Director of Human Resources, says the Hiring Center team is doing a tremendous job helping applicants find the right position at any of Simmons’ 12 facilities in the area.
“The Hiring Center helps a new employee feel confident they’re starting work at Simmons in a position they will enjoy. In return, we hope as a company they will see Simmons as a place to not only start a career but continue until retirement – that’s our goal.”
