Join us in congratulating David Jackson, Simmons Foods COO, for being named the National Chicken Council Vice Chairman! The four officers were recently installed into their respective roles at NCC’s annual conference in Washington, D.C.

With more than three decades at Simmons, David has a wealth of experience in the industry. He has worked in all areas of poultry operations including Plant Manager, Complex Director, President of Simmons Prepared Foods, and ultimately COO in 2016.
