What is the Community Store?

The Community Store is open to the public for friends, family, and community to shop Simmons apparel and merchandise. The Community Store is only accessible through the mySimmons App. A portion of Community store earnings will directly benefit local causes fighting food insecurity.

When is the Community Store open?

The Community Store is only accessible through the mySimmons App, and is open for shopping 24/7.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Help! I ordered the wrong size. Can I change my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us a quick message on the “Contact Us” page and we will try to accommodate your request. Please note, it may not be possible to cancel an order after 24 hours. Look for an email with an update on the status of your request.

How long does it take to get my order?

Once submitted, orders ship within two (2) business days via FedEx.

What is the exchange/return policy?

Unworn items, in their original condition, may be exchanged or returned for a full refund within 30 days. We cannot accept items that have been washed or worn. Ship returns to: Simmons Community Store, 506 E. Main St., Siloam Springs, AR 72761. Refunds will be issued to the card used for payment within seven (7) days of receiving the returned item.

I am a Simmons Team Member. Can I still shop the Community Store?

The Company Store offers Simmons team members employee pricing for the same Simmons apparel and merchandise sold in the Community Store. If you’re a Simmons team member, you can save by shopping the Company Store and encouraging your friends and family to shop the Community Store!

What is the difference between the Community Store and the Company Store?

The Community Store is a retail site open to the public exclusively through the mySimmons App. Shopping is available 24/7 and the Community Store accepts all major credit cards. A portion of Community Store earnings will directly benefit local organizations fighting food insecurity.

The Company Store is a private site for Simmons Team Members to purchase Simmons apparel and merchandise at special employee pricing. It can be accessed online at or through the mySimmons App (must log in through the Employee Portal). The Company Store is open the first full week of each month and purchases are deducted via payroll.
