Siloam Springs, AR (September 1, 2020) - Simmons Foods, Inc. announced today the sale of its propane business to MFA Oil Company. Simmons Energy Solutions is a small propane supply company with locations in Decatur, Arkansas and Jay, Oklahoma. Terms of the sale are not being disclosed.

That is why Simmons has issued a precautionary and voluntary recall of approximately 2 million pounds of fresh and frozen chicken products due to the potential to contain extraneous material, specifically metal.
